Revived in its stage version on 30 April 2026, Maison des Compagnies, Geneva. Adaptation of the in situ project Futuroparc, created on 7 February 2026 as part of the Festival Antigel, with the support of the Loterie Romande, the Leenaards Foundation, the Migros Culture Percentage Geneva, the cultural fund of the Swiss Society of Authors and the Hélène and Victor Barbour Foundation.

Beyonders blends urban and contemporary dance, Parkour, Skateboard and physical theatre into a striking multidisciplinary and visual experience. Its fourteen performers explore the urban night, a complex space and time that calls for exchange, for crossing gazes, for multiplying approaches and for accepting the unforeseeable.
Together, in a positive spirit, they seek to light up the night, to cut it into pieces, to set it into equations. To tell us that the urban night is the moment to remake the world, the place where truths are discovered and new identities embraced.
To lose the night is to lose more than impressions, perceptions and joys: to lose the night is also to lose a certain form of freedom that needs darkness to survive. (Michaël Foessel, La Nuit. Vivre sans témoin, 2018.)
By outsmarting labels, the Troupe UMA invites us to discover a multidisciplinary creation at the crossroads of public and theatrical space, and the countless possibilities of the body in movement: improvised or organised mobility, codified figures, the pursuit of speed, verticality and suspension.
A singular and hybrid work born in the street, Beyonders is the natural extension of the Troupe UMA’s approach: making movement an immediate response to the world around us, with the radical plasticity that signs all its shows.
